You Can Trust our Dental Surgeons

A surgery that adds bone to your upper jaw in the area of your molars and premolars, a sinus lift bone graft is typically recommended when dental implants cannot be placed due to the location of the sinuses or when there is not enough bone in the upper jaw.

During the surgery, the sinus membrane is moved upward and several millimeters of bone is added between the jaw and the maxillary sinuses. Common during the last 15 years, dental implants will then be placed up to nine months later. The waiting period allows for the grafted material to mesh with your bone.
